Interiors Africa  Store Return Policy 

At Interiors Africa, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our furniture and home décor items. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Return Eligibility
1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2.  Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any signs of use or damage will void the return.
3.  Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Custom-made or personalized items.
2. Clearance or sale items.
3. Gift cards.
4. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Return Process
1.  Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@interiorsafrica.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2.  Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
3.  Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For your convenience, we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
4.  Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
